Mia Ruffalo is the assistant softball coach at York College. Ruffalo works primarily with outfielders, hitters, and base runners. In 2021, Ruffalo helped coach the Spartans to their first conference championship in program history. She was also a part of York’s first NCAA Regional appearance in 20 years. Ruffalo was a four-year outfielder for York, where she had a career .397 on base percentage and a .516 slugging percentage
