Brooke is entering her second year coaching with the Keystone State Bombers organization. A graduate of Lampeter-Strasburg High School (Class of 2018), Brooke began playing softball at eight years old and went on to be part of a highly successful program that captured three consecutive Section Championships (2014-2016), a League Championship (2014), a League Runner-up (2015), and a PIAA State Final appearance following an undefeated regular season and conference record in 2016. She also earned two team MVP awards during her high school career.
After graduation, Brooke went on to obtain her bachelor’s degree in just 2.5 years while working full-time as a first responder within the community. Brooke also began her coaching career during this time. Brooke has over 5 years of experience in coaching youth softball for L-S across all age groups 8u-14u and coached one year of L-S youth baseball. She later joined the L-S High School softball coaching staff, where she spent two years alongside fellow Bomber’s coach Tim “Timbo” Markley helping guide student-athletes through both skill development, character development, and team culture. Brooke is now currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Athletic Training and will graduate in the Spring of 2026.
Through her academic and coaching experiences, Brooke has developed a deep appreciation for the impact that positive mentorship can have on young athletes. She believes that confidence is one of the most important qualities that a player can develop both on and off the field and she strives to create an environment where athletes feel seen, supported, capable, and valued. Brooke wants every player to recognize and believe in their potential on and off the field. She is looking forward to an incredible 16u season!
