This is Josh’s second year coaching with the Keystone State Bombers. He previously spent six years coaching at Spooky Nook Sports and eight years coaching recreational softball. In addition, he is entering his fifth year as an umpire and is currently in his fourth year as director of the High School Fall League at Jaycee Park.
Josh brings a strong passion for the game and a high level of knowledge that helps players develop their skills and confidence on the field. His experience across coaching, umpiring, and league operations allows him to provide a well-rounded perspective to player development and the game as a whole.
Coaching Philosophy:
Josh believes in teaching the fundamentals of the game while helping players grow in confidence, sportsmanship, and teamwork. His goal is to prepare athletes not only for success on the field but also for challenges off the field, emphasizing hard work, respect, and a lifelong love for the game.
