Carrie was a four year starter at shortstop and the field hockey goal keeper at Messiah university where she was a 3 year MAC All Star for softball, and a 2 year All Star& final four All Tourney Team recipient for field hockey. Carrie went on to be a Messiah University softball assistant coach for two years, Dickinson College goal keeper field hockey coach for one year, three years as the head softball varsity coach and assistant varsity field hockey coach at Mechanicsburg high school, and an assistant varsity field hockey and softball coach at LMH for five years. She also was  the Manheim Township Rec Director & Rec Coach  for four years, PA Surge( travel) head coach u16 for one year, and an Aftershock ( travel) assistant coach u18 for one year. Carrie is currently the assistant varsity coach at Manheim Township High School.
