Coach Shelley has been the head coach at Ephrata High School for the last quarter century where he has achieved historic success. With over 300 career wins, Shelley has led teams to 10 section titles, 4 LL League titles, two district championships, and most recently, the state quarter finals in 2022. Coach Shelley played at Frostburg State prior to beginning his coaching career.
